Hi Doctors I feel sleepy all day, no energy full day. Even coffee tea or any other thing don't work for me. What can be the reason for this

I completed the full course of rabies vaccination 20days ago. Today a dog scratched me and there was small  bleeding. Do I need to take a booster now?

My TSH level is 4.85 for the first time. Should I be worried about it. My age is 34yrs and weight 58kgs, height 5.4 My recent period lasted for only 4days whereas the flow used to stop on 6th day till last month. My Haemoglobin is 10.8 HBA1C- 5.8 Mean Blood Glucose - 120 Fasting - 98 HSCRP- 2.470

Persistent high fever at night for over 6 days in a 10 year old kid. Reaches 104-105°F, admitted to hospital and given IV drip. Dengue negative, typhidot negative, malaria negative. SGPT, SGOT and CRP slightly elevated. CBC report is completely normal. No other symptoms except for general tiredness from fever. Is this typhoid? We have seen no improvement at all despite giving antibiotics for 5 days. Before that we were just giving paracetamol. The fever is almost cyclical, comes at 8PM and subsides only by sponging. Then early morning again. It is never below 103°F when it flares.

Anti rabbies full course has completed around 1 yr ago.now  taking 2 rabbies booster (0&3).how long protected this also 3 months covered. If I need or not vaccine while re exposure within 3 months of rabbies booster.?

Since 3 days fever 103 doctor given me azithomicine crocin and pantoplaza also levocetrizine but even after taking this from 2 days my fever comes at 103° and I start popping crosin... What is the solution to recover.

I am a seafarer and stay at ship where mostly frozen and preserved food is served. Can you please suggest me some OTC multivitamins and other health supplements

I have taken holter monitor it's show 7 pvc before holter one hour before I have taken betablocker 20 mg propanol if I have not taken betablocker 20 mg propanol does pvc will be above 10000or still without medicine below 1000 it will be as I am taking proponal 10mg so I have doubt as I am taking 10 mg propanol does it sufficient or item will be above 10000 while 20 mg will it be less
