Hi i am dealing with this problem for past one month first a red patch appears sometimes on neck sometimes on hand sometimes on back mostly ok neck and then it starts to get itchy and then disappears after 20/30 mins but the time its there it becomes super itchy is this some kind of serious problem please help and next steps thankyou attaching few images

I recently had my vitamin D and vitamin 12 tested, and my vitamin 12 was 150 and vitamin D was 21.9. I used to take vitamin D supplement. However, it never supported my gut. I used to have constipation or diarrhoea, kind of a symptoms, so I stopped  taking them. I tried different Doses, even 600, however, in lower doses, the symptom was not severe, but nonetheless, not absent.

Nearly almost 3 years, during my job days, in every 8 months I got weakness, headache, not able to focus on screen so I take off for 4-5 days and when I gain my weakness recovery then start work. For almost recovery it takes 1 month when I focus a lot on my diet. Whenever I go to a general physician they write a blood test, urine test, and typhoid test. And every time only hemoglobin found less like 10.5 and nothing more. Only that was the reason or stress due to work ?

Hi need urgent attention 50days ago I was scratched by a stray dog , no wound ,no bleed. I took 4 rabivax im route vaccines . 50days passed but I worried so much that can a disease breakthrough despite vaccination . Also feared that I took 4 doses ( 0 3 7 14days) . Skipped the 5th dose . Kindly help me on this topic , my antibodies on 23rd day was >4.

I have an vitamin deficiency Vitamin B12: 182 pg/mL (Normal: 200–900) Vitamin D: 13.3 ng/mL (Normal: ≥30) What should I do to fix it Bcz everyday I feels like I didn't sleep, numbness, tired everyday I want to fix it

At night, I had cefixime, Matilda forte, sertraline as per doctor's prescription, but after 15 minutes I was too anxious with increased heart beat, feeling like minty sensation in my body above waist ,even I can't differentiate it was minty or burning sensation,What is this doctor???I have overthinking issue and even a small symptoms gives me too much anxiety. I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I eat less and hardly eat oily food more over I can't digest And I reduce my food intake even more or starve myself I get so weak and low blood pressure. Because of my weight it hampers my daily physical activity, everyone is so energetic and I can't work like them. I tried my best for so long but it's not working. I get tired so easily. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy

I am taking telma 40 mg since the past two years- BP had become quite better All the last readings at hospital would be around 120/80 - even at home, the numbers would be okay But since the past one week, this is staying around 140/145 - almost every reading is around this number Doctor wants to add another med but i wanted a second opinion because at 26 one bp medicine should be more than enough. I feel. The trigger, I can think of his excessive sugar consumption since my sister brought a lot of chocolates from Canada
