Hello Doctors! My finger got small cut by a nail cutter. The nail had a fungal infection before, and the nail cutter had dust on it. My C-section was done 3 years ago, and I received a TT injection at that time mostly.Do I need to take the TT injection again? Please guide.

I have a dog . It's properly vaccinated and annual vaccination also given. In month of March, when I was giving medicine, it scratched me. Doctor asked me to take 5 course anti rabies vaccine and booster in month of October ( 8/ 2025). On Saturday I got scratched on my cheeks and there was a small cut. Now it healed and dried. Hi drs, After loosing our first IVF baby due to Cervix incompetence, now we are booking for good MFM specialist in bangalore. We did our first IVF in mumbai...but we can not proceed here again due to travel issue and stay problem. We really need good help from any known MFM specialist in bangalore...preferably in whitefield and nearby area. My son has a probable puppy scratch/bite. He completed all 5 doses of Anti rabies vaccination. But, the first dose was given in his buttocks, followed by other 4 doses in thigh. The wound healed completely. Is it ok that his first dose was on buttocks.

My ENT doctor has prescribed bilastine 40 mg empty stomach in the morning and bilastine -M in the evening for allergic sinusitis. Also nasal steroid Flutiday two puffs each twice a day , lubrinase nasal spray twice a day and MUCINAC-AB. Please clarify that so much bilastine ( 60mg) can be taken in a day. Also what is the use of Mucinac -AB in allergic sinusitis. Regards
