I am having unbearable burning sensation during urination since one day. It started with slight uneasyness a few days ago. Also have darker yellow colour pee.
Several years ago when I had UTI, a physician prescribed Urifast. Can I take the same medicine again? If so, what dose and how many days?
Or Could it be solved just by having cooling stuff like curd, because I think it might have happened just bcz of heat.

Since you have a one day history, the most likely cause can be dehydration.
Don't start any medication right now. First get urine RE & CS and based on the report the doctor will prescribe medicine if required.
Next Steps
Drink 3L water today and tomorrow. If possible add lemon juice to it because it helps alkalinize the urine reducing burning sensation.
Avoid Tea, coffee and alcohol.
Health Tips
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, immediately consult the doctor.
