Hello Doctor,
I have a burning sensation while urinating. I went to a government hospital, and the urologist said there is no problem and that it is just in my head.
I am still feeling discomfort.
I have attached my CBC report. Please check and advise me on what to do next.

Could be mild Urinary infection.
Get urine microscopic examination done of urine passed, first thing in morning.
Drink more water.
Take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Syp Neeri 5ml every 8hours for a week.
I've reviewed your CBC report. While it doesn't show strong signs of a major infection in your blood, this doesn't rule out a problem in the urinary system itself, which can cause the burning sensation you're experiencing. Your ESR is at the upper end of normal, which can sometimes suggest mild inflammation.
To understand the cause of your discomfort, we need to do a few more specific tests, primarily focusing on your urine. I would recommend:
Urine Routine and Microscopy.
Urine Culture and Sensitivity test.
Next Steps
Please get these tests done. Based on the results of these urine tests, we can determine the best course of action or if further consultation with a urologist, possibly with these new reports, is needed. Your symptom is real, and it's important to find the cause
