Tingling sensation in palm could be due to median nerve compression from lying down on same hand for long duration. Or else if it's severe pain rule out cervical spondylosis. Seek help from a neurologist. One sided tingling and pain would be due to local causes only.

I am Dr Shamoon. Brief tingling in one palm is commonly due to temporary nerve compression, but recurrent symptoms can also occur with neck nerve irritation, diabetes or vitamin deficiency. The pattern, duration and associated symptoms matter.
Next Steps
Arrange a clinical review if it keeps recurring, lasts longer, or spreads; blood sugar, vitamin levels and nerve examination may be needed. Seek urgent care for weakness, facial droop or speech trouble. You can book at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital Miraj.

The symptoms might arise from temporary nerve decompression, Vitamin B12 deficiency or diabetes. A thorough in person examination is required to confirm and rule out the diagnosis. But for meantime, I would suggest you to get a Serum Vitamin B12, RBS done. After that you can consult any physician in your vicinity.
