A swinging sensation brought on by motion for six months can arise from an inner-ear balance problem, motion sensitivity or, less commonly, a neurological cause. It needs an examination rather than guessing.
Next Steps
Please arrange an ENT or physician assessment with a hearing and balance examination. Avoid riding or driving if symptoms occur; seek urgent care for weakness, speech/vision change, severe headache or inability to walk. You may book a Practo consult or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.

Six months of this deserves a proper check. Split-second swinging sensations with motion usually come from the balance organs in your inner ear.
Next Steps
See an ENT specialist for a balance evaluation. Until then be extra careful on the bike, even a moment of imbalance in traffic is risky.

Brief episodic “swinging” sensation with movement warrants evaluation for vestibular or neurological causes. Avoid bike riding until the cause is assessed, especially if episodes recur. For personalized evaluation, you may connect with me for a consultation via Practo.
