A TSH level of 5.5 mIU/L indicates mild or subclinical hypothyroidism, while leucorrhea (abnormal vaginal discharge) and general weakness point toward distinct co-existing issues like an infection or nutritional deficiency. Treatment requires a proper medical evaluation to address each symptom independently, as a slightly elevated TSH alone may not explain all findings. 1. Do Free T4 levels and check for thyroid antibodies to decide if synthetic hormone replacement (such as levothyroxine) is necessary or if lifestyle monitoring is sufficient. 2. If medication is started, repeat blood tests are typically done after 6 to 8 weeks to optimize the dosage. 3. Leucorrhea often stems from bacterial, fungal (yeast), or protozoal vaginal infections requiring targeted antifungal or antibiotic therapies prescribed after an examination. 4. General weakness combined with chronic fatigue warrants screening for anemia, Vitamin D, or Vitamin B12 deficiencies, which are common and treatable with specific supplements.

Just TSH value of 5.5 isnt enough to make a diagnosis of hypothyroidism as it falls under subclinical hypothyroidism. A detailed history and some blood investigations might be reuquired as it could be due to PMOS,stress, weight fluctuation, hyperprolactinemia, etc.
