I am a 32-year-old female weighing around 80 kg. I recently heard about the injection Mounjaro being used for weight loss and appetite control. I wanted to know: • Is Mounjaro safe for weight loss in someone without diabetes? • Would it be suitable in my case? • Which specialist should I consult for this in Pune (endocrinologist, bariatric doctor, or general physician)? • Are there any important side effects I should know about?

Suddenly started experiencing sudden water retention in legs and puffiness on the face, accompanied by low energy.

I am 47. My main problem is sleeplessness. I workout daily. Have very basic home cooked food. I am working professional. Front 8am to 8pm I am out. But I am unable to fall asleep. Even if I fall of to sleep, I wake up by 3am. And after that I cannot sleep at all. Result, I feel tired and sleepy the entire day. I am having magnesium supplements as well.

So I had chicken pox on 26th February. I started to take ZOVIRAX 400 as prescribed by doctor from this very starting day. 5days course hab been completed on 2nd March. I just have drying out scabs on my body. Am I still contagious! Do I need to stay isolation till all the crust scabbed over! Or can I get out after 9th March(10days). Please guide me. I lsolated my self from my baby more than 7days.

I recently tooked vitamin d and b12 test, and it came deficient. Can you please suggest what to do for increasing vitamins. Test attached in the image.

I m 54 years . 3 0 days back I felt cold and caught with fever cough and bronchitis.. symptoms  improved with rest of the couple of days and use of  Paracetamol..After 30 days I again got fever. Though Bronchitis  cured but cough is not fully cured. I did not take antibiotics.plz advise treatment
