I have severe Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 Deficiencies, as well as a lot of parameters at abnormal levels, as in my Diagnostic Report (image attached). What must I do to get them all under normal ranges?

I was prescribed Golbi 300 for elevated total bilirubin something to Gilbert syndrome but ever since that I m constipated. Only 2 meds i take thyronorm , golbi 300 I had thyronorm since april no issue but ever since golbi which was since a week i m constipated and gassy although i m having 3 meals a day.

My CBC showed TLC 5200,everything normal except low absolute monocyte count 150. Can it be due to HIV ??

From past 1 month I am having on and off shortness of breathe but it has decreased now but now from past 5 days I am having tiredness and excessive yawnings.Yawnings are more at night and I am taking sufficient sleep of 8-9 hrs.I am also having health anxiety from past few months.I had CBC,LFT 3 months ago which was normal.My Hb was 16 and RBC was 5.17 and WBC were 7500.So what could be the reason?
