Age: 28 years Gender: Male I have been experiencing persistent health issues for the last 2–3 months. Symptoms: Ongoing gut/stomach issues. Weight loss. Initially had episodes of sudden severe dizziness, heavy-headedness, and repeated vomiting. Muscle stiffness. Frequent lower back pain. Jaw clicking/crunching while moving. Difficulty walking steadily and maintaining balance. Poor concentration and focus ("brain fog"). Excessive daytime sleepiness. Low energy and low mood. Medical history: I have a long history of anxiety and panic attacks. I often feel nauseous during or after anxiety or panic episodes. Although I have anxiety, these symptoms have been persistent for 2–3 months and feel different from my usual anxiety episodes, especially the balance problems, muscle stiffness, and ongoing fatigue. Please see my wife's MRI report for back pain. She is taking paradel tpr twice a day for a month and has been advised to continue with it for another month. However the pain has improved 50%. Please advise if it is safe to continue taking paradel tpr for one more month. She is also Nervedel cd3 once daily along with it.
