Please type the PSA value, units, free/total PSA (if available), date, and whether he has urinary symptoms; the attached report is not clear enough to interpret safely here. PSA must be assessed with age, prostate size, symptoms, infection and recent proceduresâone value alone cannot confirm cancer. If he has fever, inability to pass urine or blood in urine, seek urgent care. Otherwise arrange a urology review; you may book a Practo consult with me for an initial assessment.
