Swelling of both feet with marked weakness, dizziness and a feeling that you may faint needs same-day medical assessment. Please do not drive or stay alone; lie down, raise your legs and recheck BP, pulse and blood sugar.
Go to emergency care now if you faint, have breathlessness, chest pain, confusion, very low BP, or rapidly worsening swelling. Kidney, heart, liver, thyroid, anaemia and medication causes need examination and tests.
Please book a Practo consult with me or visit Synergy Miraj urgently for a proper evaluation.
Foot swelling together with this level of weakness, a fainting feeling, and chest heaviness needs an in-person check soon, home BP readings alone don't rule out a genuine drop.
Next Steps
Please get seen today or tomorrow, a basic blood count, thyroid check, and BP review will narrow down the cause quickly.
