Low Energy & Poor Sleep
I have been feeling tired, drained and low on energy most of the time for the past few months. I also feel physically and emotionally exhausted. For the past two months, I have been working night shifts, and my sleep schedule has become irregular. I usually sleep around 8 AM for about 2 hours, then sleep again from around 3 PM to 7:30 PM. I don't feel like I get deep or refreshing sleep. I exercise/walk . Sometimes I feel energetic, but most of the time I feel tired and sleepy during the daytime. My wife says that I snore while sleeping, although not every night. I don't drink coffee or other caffeinated drinks, except green tea sometimes.

Your fatigue is very likely being driven by fragmented, insufficient sleep from night shifts, but snoring raises concern for sleep-disordered breathing. Aim for one protected 7–9 hour sleep block after duty, with a dark, cool room and fixed schedule; do not drive if drowsy. Because this persists, arrange review for BP, weight, CBC, thyroid and glucose, and consider a sleep study if snoring or breathing pauses continue. Book a consultation with me for a structured evaluation.

Fragmented daytime sleep after night shifts rarely feels as restorative as continuous sleep, even at the same total hours, which explains the constant tiredness.
Next Steps
Since your wife's noticed snoring too, a sleep study would be worth asking your doctor about.
Health Tips
Fixing the sleep pattern first usually clears this before reaching for any supplement.
