Your 25-OH vitamin D is low if the lab reports 32.16 nmol/L (about 13 ng/mL), consistent with deficiency. Please discuss a replacement course with a doctor; avoid repeating high-dose sachets without supervision. Ensure dietary calcium and safe sunlight, then recheck after treatment. If you have bone pain, muscle weakness or kidney disease, mention it before starting supplements. Book a consultation with me to review the report and plan the correct dose.

A level well under the standard reference range shown on that report generally calls for supplementation, the right dose and duration should come from whoever ordered the test.
Next Steps
Please take this report back to her doctor for a proper supplementation plan rather than starting anything over the counter.
