For my b12 and other deficiencies ine of my friend suggested to take hyquit tablet.. How many days should I take? Is it safe to take

Generally while playing with pet  dog it get provoked and bite me  on hand  its age is 4 month and have one rabies vaccination till date and  it did not get in connect with outer or street dogs and always a indoor dog . So do I need to get rabies vaccination as I got rabies vaccination full course in September 2024 ?
