I experienced an attempted dog attack late Monday night by a known stray dog in my building. The dog a few minutes prior came to me and let me pet it. But after approximately 10 minutes i went to pick something off the ground and he pounced towards my hand. I was wearing a LONG SLEEVED T-SHIRT AND WRIST WRAP under the sleeve at the time of the attempted attack. I was able to get my hand away in time but i got a small superficial bruise on the forearm towards wrist. Came home, washed the wound with soap and water and applied betadine. Have been doing this treatment routine 2-3 times a day since the attack and the wound is now healing. Sharing images of healing progress. Dog is healthy and has no signs of rabies. Could you please advise next steps?

Hi there, Past few days I'm suffering from pain between both upper sides of buttock, redness, swelling, lump time feeling. I've consulted general physician already they have prescribed antibiotics and sitz bath. I'm getting temporary relief after taking medicines and sitz bath and again it's starting and also fever has returned. I'm bit worries which specialist do I need to consult. Kindly need your guidance in this matter please help. I've also done bloods tests prescribed by my Dr CBP, crp. Crp is elevated In cbp there is esoniphilia. Kindly help it's humble request

My leg was burned by my bike’s silencer pipe and the skin on the upper part came off. The wound is a little below my knee. Currently, I am taking antibiotic tablets twice a day and applying Silverex gel. I am also covering the wound with Medifine paraffin gauze. When I stay at home, I sometimes think of leaving the wound open with the medicine applied so it can dry and heal faster. But when I leave it open, the area becomes very tight and hard, and I can barely place my foot on the ground. I have heard that if I don’t put my foot on the ground or practice walking a little, the area may become stiff and painful even after healing. However, when the wound is left open, it dries so much that when I try to step, it feels like the skin may tear and bleed. If I keep it covered with paraffin gauze all the time, after about 2–3 hours the wound becomes very moist and messy because of the medicine and gauze. But when it stays moist, I can walk more easily. So I want to know what to do.

My mother aged 50 have loose motions from 5days, constipation,fatigue ,there is no blood in stools,neck and shoulder pains,rectum tightness,abdomen fullness and tightness ,abdomen pain while pooping ,she had hysterectomy surgery in 2022, Please help me what she is suffering from is it minor or major issue

I have had a cough with phelgm and cold symptoms for a few days ( I also have AR with ASHTHMA). Doc suggests doing CBC and CRP. Here is the report... Is anything concerning above there. Please interpret my report.

Hello, I was a slim person till the age of 15-16. After that i started gaining weight. By the time college ended, I weighed 78 kg. After that i started eating little. According to the calorie counter, i would eat somewhere around 1k every day. I used to walk somewhere between 10-15k. I lost 26 kg in less than a year. I was now around 53-54 kg. With fat I also lost a lot of muscles. My arms looked like that of an old person. Within a couple of years I started gaining weight again even with home food (which meant little oil, no junk, sugar only on occasions). Later, i moved to Bengaluru and started eating junk food. And all the weight came back. From 66 kg, i went to 86 kg (in 2.5 yrs). I have been trying to eat healthy (1500-1600 kcal) and walk (7-9k) since Jan and in two months, my weight has gone down by 1 kg only (85 kg). That too i am not sure because sometimes it increases up to 85.5 kg. Please help me I am really frustrated. I also need to get pregnant soon given my age.

Started 6 days back with cough and temperature. I have started taking amoxicillin and paracetamol for 3days. Fever is not there so much. But cough is nonstop and very severe. Throat pain is too much and chest is also hurting now, even throughout night.
