I guess i have got brain deadly diease
37M. I was fine until ~50 days ago. Since then I have intermittent head heaviness/fogginess, needing extra effort to concentrate/work, mild dizziness and a feeling that my head/body is not fully focused. I get random brief pin-prick pains in different scalp/head areas and occasional brief zap/electric sensations; these are now less frequent. I also have heaviness/tightness at the back of my head and lower neck. At times I feel internal shaking without visible tremor. Occasionally I feel subjective leg heaviness and positional finger tingling, but I can walk, work, drive and perform daily activities without persistent weakness or falls. Symptoms often reduce when busy. I have anxiety about brain disease and am seeing a psychologist. Video neurological assessment was normal. Eye examination, including fundus/optic discs, was normal. B12 was 219 and Vitamin D 7 four months ago. Could this be anxiety/migraine, vitamin deficiency, cervical spine/neck-related, or deadly cancer??

I understand why this feels frightening, but your normal neurological assessment, eye examination and ability to function are reassuring. This pattern is much more consistent with anxiety-related symptoms, migraine/tension headache, or neck muscle strain than a brain tumour. B12 of 219 is borderline and can contribute to tingling/fogginess; vitamin D deficiency may add to fatigue, but neither suggests cancer. Seek urgent care for a sudden worst headache, weakness, speech/vision loss, repeated vomiting or loss of balance.
Next Steps
Arrange an in-person examination and review your headache pattern, sleep, stress and neck. Discuss repeat B12 and vitamin D testing with your doctor. Book a Practo consultation if you want me to review this properly.

If your consulting psychologist saw the neurological assessment and didn’t find anything to be worried, I won’t worry. The symptoms can be due to vitamin deficiency, as well as cervical. The sensations and pain might be due to anxiety, stress. If you feel the symptoms are interfering with your daily life activities, get consulted by a Psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Add Tab Vitamin D 60K weekly Tab Neurobione forte once a day Also do some sports, exercise, meditation, relaxing activities
