I’ve been experiencing body pain, especially in my back, legs, and feet, for the past 1–2 months. I didn’t have this pain earlier, but it has started recently and is now happening quite often. More recently, I’ve also started having frequent headaches, nausea/a feeling that I might vomit (although I’m not actually vomiting), and an overall feeling of being unwell and feverish from inside. However, my temperature is usually normal when I check it (around 98.3°F). Could you please advise what could be causing these symptoms and whether I should get any tests done?

Body aches with headaches, nausea and a generally unwell feeling going on for weeks, even without a measured fever, usually points to anaemia, a vitamin deficiency or a lingering viral illness rather than anything serious on its own.
Next Steps
A blood test covering haemoglobin, vitamin B12, vitamin D and thyroid levels will help pin down what's causing this.
Health Tips
If a real fever develops, the weakness gets worse, or vomiting actually starts, please see a general physician in person soon.
