Sir for the last few days I have been suffering from cold and dry cough and i feel bad smell when I'm coughing and few cold out from mouth whenever I'm coughing, Different sound is coming from chest now I'm very hurting for it sir please give me some medicines for it ?

Bad-smelling sputum with a new chest sound and chest pain needs examination; it can occur with an airway infection or pneumonia, and medicine cannot be chosen safely online. Check your temperature and oxygen level if available. Do not start antibiotics or combination cough medicines without assessment.
Go urgently for breathlessness, persistent chest pain, blue lips, confusion, coughing blood or high fever.

Seems you have secretions in throat, which are goul smelling. Get cbc, x ray chest done and share results.
Till then drink warm liquids. Take tab augmentin 625mg one every 8hours for 5 days, syp benadryl 5m.l. every 8hours, do some steam inhalation.
