Dear Sir, I have carefully reviewed your ECG and read through your description of symptoms. ECG Findings: in the image you have uploaded, leads V4 to V6 are not available. According to the image that you have shared, the ECG looks within normal limits The fact that your chest discomfort occurred along with an urge to pass stool and gas, and completely resolved after passing stool, points strongly towards a gastrointestinal cause .
Next Steps
What to do next: - I would like to review the ECG images with all the missing leads included. - If possible repeat an ECG today. - For now, you do not need emergency cardiac intervention. - Eat light, fiber-rich meals on time, avoid long gaps between meals, stay well-hydrated, and limit excess caffeine or oily/spicy foods. - If you have risk factors like smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or a family history of early heart disease, schedule an in-person routine consultation to review these.
Health Tips
⚠️ Red Flags to look for- Please seek immediate emergency medical care if there is- 1) Severe, heavy, or squeezing chest pain/pressure lasting more than 10–15 minutes. 2) Pain radiating to your left arm, neck, jaw, or back. 3) Chest pain increasing on exertion. 4) Pain accompanied by profuse sweating (cold sweats), unexplained breathlessness, dizziness, or vomiting. Wishing you good health. Dr. Omkar

Chest pain should not be assumed to be gas, even if it settled. The uploaded ECG image is incomplete and not clear enough for a reliable interpretation here. Please obtain the written ECG report and have it reviewed by a clinician. If pain recurs, is pressure-like, radiates, or comes with breathlessness, sweating or faintness, seek emergency care immediately. Upload a clear full 12-lead ECG/report or book a Practo consultation with me for a proper review.

More likely pain was due to gases. Ecg is perfectly o.k. Avoid fried, spicy, food. Take tab medigas one morning and one evening for 1 week.
