Brief chest discomfort with transient hand numbness may be muscular or acidity-related, but heart causes should not be assumed away. I cannot reliably interpret the attached ECG without a proper clinical review.
Please arrange an in-person assessment and repeat ECG if symptoms recur. If pain lasts over 10 minutes or comes with breathlessness, sweating or faintness, seek emergency care immediately.
You may consult or book with me on Practo for a detailed review.
Next Steps
Avoid strenuous exercise until reviewed; note the duration and triggers of any recurrence and arrange an in-person examination with the ECG report.
