Sir, I'm a 32 yr old male. I have been having intermittent fever and headache with temperature from 99.6 to 101.4 since yesterday night. What can be the possible reason? I have been vaccinated twice and also have taken the booster dose. Please advice

Since you haven't mentioned any symptoms related to cough it can not be a bacterial infection. It is most likely a common viral infection which will complete it's cycle and resolve on it's own. You just need to take rest and have Paracetamol on SOS. Consult if and when required.
Viral fever is the first diagnosis.
You should have Blood CBC done, take basic treatment like Paracetamol and Vit C, and consult with a General Physician on Practo with the blood report.
