Fever from yesterday night
Hi , I got fever on 28th night with chills, yesterday it went to 103 , today it is 100.5 even I took Dolo, is it expected pattern, pls suggest

Fever usually may take 3:4 days to settle , in between up down expected when 100 or above take dolo if not better in 3:4 days lab tests needed
