Normal body temperature is 98.4 above which we call it as fever.U maybe suffering from mild fever due to viral infection.
Next Steps
U need some basic investigations like complete blood picture and Esr to rule out viral infections. Meanwhile i will prescribe u some medications. For fever:Tablet. Dolo 650 three times daily with food, Tablet.Zincovit one tablet with lunch. Take plenty of fluids and adequate rest.

Hello. Very Good morning. I think you are suffering from ENTERIC FEVER which is also called Typhoid probably. So kindly have some blood test as follows : 1.  Typhidot Igm rapid 2. Serum Widal test. You are having low grade fever,  for which you can have Tab. Crocin 500 mg as required. After the report or right away I'm sure the diagnosis is clear.
