Most common diagnosis comes to be viral fever with congestion which causes headache.
Just rest and take simple antiallergic and antipyretic. Antibiotic to prevent any bacterial infections.
Next Steps
Get routine blood tests to rule out any other disease
If you have no fever then stop taking paracetamol. For nausea take tab dompan or tab onden evey 8-10 hrs for 2 days and for weakness if you feel difficulties in taking ors then take coconut water and plenty of fluids
If no fever or bodyache, no need to take paracetamol.
For nausea, take tab Pantop- D, one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days.
Avoid spicy, heavy food.
Take small frequent meals.
Consult online for further guidance.
