Fever , severe headache ,
Caught fever from Tuesday Evening with severe headache , but from Friday fever was gone & also headache . Now I felt severe nausea and weakness , even Could not consume ORS  properly Just taking paracetamol 500 Bp - 107/72 Oxegen in between 98-99 % Fever in between ( 99°-103° F)  now normal 97.9-98.4° First caught my sister , then me , Help me doctor . I felt nervous

Most common diagnosis comes to be viral fever with congestion which causes headache. Just rest and take simple antiallergic and antipyretic. Antibiotic to prevent any bacterial infections.

If you have no fever then stop taking paracetamol. For nausea take tab dompan or tab onden evey 8-10 hrs for 2 days and for weakness if you feel difficulties in taking ors then take coconut water and plenty of fluids

If no fever or bodyache,  no need to take paracetamol. For nausea,  take tab Pantop- D, one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days. Avoid spicy, heavy food. Take small frequent meals. Consult online for further guidance.
