Fever with shivering ( chills )
My husband had high fever , highest was 103.2 on the 1st of July. Did fever profile repeat test twice all are negative. So no medicines was given that time. His fever conpletely gone . And tonight after 13 days of fever free now he have fever again and temp is 102.1. What can be the reason..?

A fresh fever spike after being symptom-free for 13 days suggests a new infection rather than a relapse of the earlier episode - could be viral, bacterial, or even relate to a source the earlier fever profile missed. Please upload fever profile that you have already done. That might give some idea what it could be.
If we are considering last event is related to current fever then, Look for other causes of fever. Like malaria, tuberculosis, brucellosis, rickettsial disease, intraabdominal causes ( hepatic abscess ) or viral causes etc etc....
If the previous event was totally not related to current symptoms, recently there is a raise in COVID cases especially in patients who were not completely vaccinated earlier.

Most likely he has had a reinfection.
Get his cbc, urine microscopic examination done and share results . Based on that he can receive specific treatment.
Till then he can take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 6 to 8hours to keep fever controlled. He should drink more water.
