It's too high.
Cold sponging forehead palm sole advisable.
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5 days. Azee500 one per day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.

Health Tips
Stay well hydrated and take adequate rest
Do tepid sponging if the fever is very high
Take paracetamol 650mg if fever is more than 100 deg F .

Fever is lil high nd also since from so many days needs evaluation for the cause of fever like bact, viral, dengue, malaria, typhoid, tb, etc
Better get a cbc done nd go to physician nd consult virtually
Take pct 650mg thrice a days fir 3days
