Hello, night I m feeling chill and shivering feeling like fever, but no fever with some irritation in throught, felling so weak

How long do you have these problems? Do you have any other medical problems. Commonly Thyroid problems, vitamins deficiencies or just physical or mental stress can cause such problems.
