If your vitamin D result of 9.25 is reported in ng/mL, it is low and merits a clinician-led correction plan. Units and the laboratory range should be checked. A B12 value of 333 needs interpretation with its units, reference range and any symptoms, rather than automatic injections.
Next Steps
Bring the complete report to your physician to agree on vitamin D treatment and follow-up. Include details of diet, medicines and any previous supplements. Avoid combining multiple high-dose products on your own.
Health Tips
Seek earlier review for significant muscle weakness, bone pain, tingling or balance problems. A supplement plan should address the cause and monitor improvement.
As your vit d3 is very low -
Take Tab Vit d3 - 60k iu - once a week - 4 weeks
Tab Neurokind - 1 tab - once daily - for 3 months
After that again go for test to recheck the levels.
Stay healthy.
Kindly consult and give proper detailed history along with symptoms for evaluation and take proper timely treatment with relevant investigations if required.
Your Vitamin D level of 9.25 ng/mL is significantly low and requires correction.
Please consult your physician for an appropriate Vitamin D replacement regimen.
Take Vitamin D with a meal containing some fat to improve absorption.
Regular, sensible sunlight exposure can also support Vitamin D levels.
Your Vitamin B12 level of 333 pg/mL is generally within the normal range.
Maintain adequate B12 intake through diet or supplements if advised by your doctor.
If you have fatigue, tingling or numbness, discuss B12 evaluation with your physician.
Avoid taking high-dose Vitamin D or B12 supplements without medical guidance.
Repeat Vitamin D testing after treatment to assess response and plan maintenance.
Please review the complete health-checkup report with your physician for individualized advice.

Your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels are low. The appropriate treatment depends on the exact values, your symptoms, diet, and whether there is any problem with absorption.
Please share your Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, CBC/Hb/MCV reports, along with your age and any symptoms such as fatigue, body aches, tingling/numbness or weakness.
Also let me know whether you are vegetarian/non-vegetarian and whether you take medicines such as metformin or long-term acid-suppressing medicines.
Once I review these details, I can advise whether oral supplementation is sufficient or whether injections/additional evaluation would be appropriate.

Your vitamin D level of 9.25 is significantly below what the body needs, this level usually needs active correction, not just sun exposure or diet. Your B12 at 333 is within the usual range and doesn't need treatment right now.
Next Steps
Your doctor will usually start a high-dose vitamin D course for some weeks, followed by a lower maintenance dose, and being on the higher side for your height means your dose may need adjusting too. Please see your physician to get this started and recheck the level after 2-3 months.
Health Tips
Untreated vitamin D deficiency at this level can affect your bones and muscles over time, so please don't delay starting treatment.
