Do not stop levothyroxine on your own. Normal thyroid reports while taking it usually mean the dose is controlling the condition, not that it has cured it; the need for lifelong treatment depends on the original diagnosis and thyroid antibodies. Continue the prescribed dose and review your TSH/free T4 with your doctor before making any change. You may book a Practo consult with me for a medication review.
