Mouse bite/scratch
Hello, doctors! While taking a walk in my own bedroom, a mouse happened to jump on my right foot. Initially I didn't even look at it properly but just now discovered there is a small lesion/scratch like a nail scratch. It's very superficial however. As a precautionary move, I applied Neosporin. What should I do?

apply antiseptic cream like neosporin cream
inj T.toxoid 0.5 ml im.
Anti rodent measures like mouse trap or .pet a cat. to prevent Rat borne diseases.

The 1st thing without examination its bot possible to tell you the further steps, but generally in mouse bites there is no need to have arv ,but consult any doctor for examination and then he can prescribe you TT vaccination if the wound is significant

Nothing much serious here to be worried about. Because it is very uncommon to spread rabies from a rat bite.
Kindly wash the wound nicely and take Inj TT 0.5ml IM if you have not taken in last 5 years. Apply Povidone iodine ointment if there is any signs of bleeding. Otherwise you can leave it as it is.
No extra medications.

Rabies from a mouse exposure is extremely uncommon, but the key issue is whether the skin was actually broken. A superficial scratch should be cleaned promptly; rabies vaccine is usually not needed for a routine mouse scratch, but tetanus protection and the wound still need assessment.
Next Steps
Wash the scratch with soap and running water for 15 minutes, apply an antiseptic and check when your last tetanus booster was given. Seek care today if the wound is deep, infected, the animal was clearly rabid/unavailable, or you are unsure about the exposure. Take Balanced diet which is mentioned below,
1/3 of food plate should contain bread ( or 4 roti ), pasta, potato and rice.
1/3 of food plate should contain fruits and vegetables.
1/9 of food plate should contain fish, meat, egg, beans and other non dairy sources of protein.
1/9 of food plate should contain milk and dairy foods.
1/9 of food plate should contain food and drink high in fat and/ or sugar.
