This looks like acute gastritis after outside food, worsened by lying down soon after a late dinner. The burning, sour feeling and upper abdominal pain fit acid reflux rather than anything sinister at this stage. Keep food light and bland for 2-3 days, no spice, no oil, no tea on an empty stomach, and don't lie flat for at least 2 hours after eating. A short course of an acid suppressant with an antacid usually settles it fast, but at 50 I prefer to prescribe it properly rather than you self-medicating.
Next Steps
Start bland diet and early light dinners today. If pain becomes severe, spreads to the back or left arm, you vomit repeatedly, or you notice black stools, get to a hospital the same day. Otherwise book a consult with me on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj and I will set the right medicine and decide if you need an endoscopy.

If the symptoms are still persisting then please  consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination.  No one should be so much disturbed by just having outside food and an ice candy.

If any burning sensation in the upper abdomen region persists it is most likely gastritis. Prefer any antacid like eno or gelusil as an initial treatment but if the treatment doesn't work have one ranitidine 150mg tablet.
