Sore throat ke baad nose heaviness, yellow mucus aur cough ke saath 99.8 F ka low grade fever — ye typical viral URI hai jo ab sinus tak pahuncha hai. Yellow balgam ka matlab automatically antibiotic nahi hota; zyada cases 7-10 din me apne aap theek hote hain. Steam inhalation, saline nasal spray, warm salt water gargle, paracetamol SOS aur khoob paani lijiye. Agar fever 5 din se zyada chale, 101-102 tak jaye, ek taraf face/forehead me tez dard ho ya saans phoolne lage to fir antibiotic ki zaroorat ban sakti hai.
Next Steps
Aaj se steam + gargle shuru kijiye aur fever chart rakhiye. 3-4 din me sudhaar na dikhe to mujhe Practo par consult par ping kar dijiye, main dekh kar tay karunga ki antibiotic ya X-ray chest chahiye. Miraj me hain to Synergy Multispeciality Hospital OPD me aa jaiye.
