Dizziness in the evening

I have a lighthead and dizziness in the evening for the past 2 days. I feel like my head is covered with something. That is like wearing a cap or helmet.

Hello.. Well do you have cold along with it..it's quite possible that the symptoms are due to cold...I would suggest you to take steam inhalation and make sure that you have food on time as hunger will cause pain..apart from that even sinusitis, dehydartion can also cause it. . thank you
