From few days am observing there is severe cough.while coughing am unable to breathe and sweating reoccuring every 3-4 days .plse suggest me what to do

If you have evening rise of temperature and cough with weight loss check for Tuberculosis
Is there anybody in the family with TB
Is there any history of allergy and past history of Asthma with family history also
Any lymph node enlargement and weakness
Any precedent fever or cough.recent fever.can be pneumonia
Any calf muscle pain and recent pregnancy.to rule out pulmonary embolism
Check your Spo2
Any recent COVID infection
