Vitamin b12 low
My hand shivers while taking any object like a teacup or any drinking glass, and while sitting on the ground, my feet tingle. I had a blood test, and it showed that my vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels are low. Can you suggest any medicine for this? Thanks.

Based on this, your symptoms correlate strongly with neurological manifestations of Vitamin B12 deficiency (peripheral neuropathy and mild motor instability) and Vitamin D deficiency (muscle weakness). Vitamin B12 is crucial for maintaining the protective myelin sheath around nerves; when depleted, nerve impulse transmission slows down, leading to paresthesia (tingling) and fine motor tremors during purposeful movements (action tremors). However, for a proper diagnosis and to rule out benign essential tremor or thyroid dysfunction, a complete medical assessment is needed.
Next Steps
To accurately evaluate your exact blood report values side-by-side, determine if prescription-grade nerve re-myelination therapy is required, and receive a secure personalized treatment plan, please book a direct consultation session via my Practo profile."
