Low Hemoglobin and High Vitamin B12
I have low Hemoglobin 7.6 and High vitamin B12 greater than 2000. As per report. Please suggest. Doctor gave me 3 injection (1/day) of Nurokind plus NF.Given 1 tablet per day only 1 in day . Tablet is Nurokind Gold Rf. Docror saying we will take once a week injection 4 times more. It's total 10 days now. I am still feeling weekness.taking total Bed rest and Nutritious food and juice . Please suggest. My doctor is MD Medicine. Which specialises Doctor to Choose. MD Pathology or any.

Ur vit b12 level is very high is it after taking the injection or before injection it’s not mentioned in the history. Dr u r consulting is good according to ur disease but for reaching a diagnosis we will need a pathologist help for further elucidating the cause of anemia. U had not mentioned any comorbidity. Are u suffering from any comorbidity like diabetes or hypertension or chr kidney disease These symptoms are all sign of anemia and ur hemoglobin is too low so will take time to recover Kindly consult with detail history for further guidance and evaluation

Hemoglobin is too low. Need to rule out alot of things. Is this all the tests u got ???
