Vitamin b12
My vitamin b12 level is 189. Is it too low? Should I take a supplement for it? Kindly advice which one should I take? Actually I feel tired and hand tremors are there. Thyroid levels are normal.

It's not tooo low..its low So don't worry.. Hand tremors can b due to various reason n not necessarily due to thyroid abnormalities... Have good healthy diet and avoid stress factors.. For any issues wit tiredness kindly get hemoglobin checkd...

Take a good B12 supplement like Cap Meganeuron OD 1 cap daily for 1 month. Also check your Hb levels.

To be Frank it's not too low , but if clinical picture says Deficiency, it becomes significant, so plz try to take , medicines. ..

Tiredness can be due to low haemoglobin also so do CBC first then strt any medicine also the value in report is not very low to strt medicine urgently
