If my resting pulse rate 87-95 bpm on walking one minute it reaches 120 bpm or for two minutes walking it reach 130 bpm not brisk walking normal walking from few days is it any problem if while walking pulse rate goes to till 140 bpm daily for two months does it weaken the muscle in resting pulse rate is normal

Can someone take  half of tablet of tr ,cr as it is sustained release tablet as i am taking betanaz tr20 half tablet or it creates harmful effects on body as I have taken for 7 months or should I buy propanal sustained release 10 mg tablet

Hi dr .. Feel dizzy when bend down n get up .. I tried with hydration and also happens after eating.. blood test cbc, hemoglobin are normal.. head movements feel dizzy.. but bend down n get up or sitting n getting up feels more dizzy.. it's from 1 year but not this much slowly slowly increased now .. going through anxiety also .. from 2 months sound irritating.. always feel sad.. but when dizziness's happens feel more anxious.. What is this why it's happening.. n how to cure? Help me..

My brother has a very healthy lifestyle and he eats good food- he settled in Canada and he has no workplace stress- he experienced some symptoms and his angiogram revealed blockages of 70% and 80%-- How can he get these blockages at the age of 32? Meanwhile, I know 2-3 people who lived the worst possible lifestyle- bp, eating junk food, no exercise, smoking- but arteries came absolutely clear.. This all seems unfair and ridiculous to me
