My absolute eosinophil count is 1660(20%). No symptoms, did cbc to check Hb only. Last month eosinophil count was 380 only. Why the sudden rise? I have no symptoms now. I'm breastfeeding my 6 month old. Family history of bronchial asthma. Had allergic rhinitis in past,was given fluticasone nasal spray at 13 yrs of age. Eosinophilia has never crossed 600 in past

Hello Doctor, I am currently taking Paroxetine 12.5 mg at night for anxiety and mild depression. I wanted to ask: • Can I take a multivitamin tablet in the morning or afternoon after food along with Paroxetine? Is there any interaction or side effect if both are taken? • I have ordered Centrum multivitamin — is it a good and safe multivitamin to use? • I drink alcohol rarely (occasionally) — is it safe to consume alcohol sometimes while taking Paroxetine, or should it be completely avoided? • Sometimes I experience nausea and Reduced Appetite after taking Paroxetine. Is this a common side effect, and what can I do to control or reduce it? Thank you.

For the past few days.. I have a tickling or tingling sensation in my throat and upper chest when I breathe. It feels uncomfortable but I’m not gasping or struggling to breathe. I live in a very stressful environment..I have 1 year daughter..Due to extreme stress , sometime my migraine gets worst. My heartbeat gets higher and palpitations starts ..Is it possible someday I might die.. My baby is really young .There is no one to look after her.

Patient: 62-year-old female Medical History: Hypothyroidism (medicated), Chronic Anemia (last known Hb: 8 g/dL), Hypertension, and Asthma. Presenting Symptoms: Duration: 3 days of persistent diarrhea. Frequency: 3–4 liquid bowel movements per day. Stool Characteristics: Contains mucus; negative for visible blood. Febrile Status: Low-grade fever recorded on Day 1; currently afebrile. Systemic Symptoms: Progressive generalized weakness. Current Interventions & Hydration: Rehydration: Using ORS twice daily. And took 4 doses of O2 tablets. But no improvement. Hydration Markers: Urine output is currently stable; no orthostatic dizziness reported. I am seeking an evaluation of this acute diarrheal illness. Given my baseline anemia (Hb 8) and hypothyroidism, I am concerned about the systemic impact of fluid loss. Please help me.
