Stone in Ureter Allopathy & Homoeopathy
Hello Doctors, PFA KUB CT report, having stone in Ureter from last 15 days, no pain... Urine is also okay. only concern is whatever I eat, am getting loose motions.
Im taking daily early morning coconut water with lemon, barley water 1 glass, zeera water... And then Alkashot syrup 3 times and 1 tablet Tamdosin 0.4... Also trying my best to drink 3-4 litres water..
Also, taking daily 3times 15 drops Clearstone drops and 10 drops Berberis vulgaris tincture drops along with Allopathy medicine.
Are these allopathy medicine is ok or good ? Is it okay I take both Allopathy medicine and homeopathy treatment?
Doctor am I doing anything wrong? Pls suggest... Thanks 🙏

Being pain-free with a ureteric stone is not reassurance - a silently obstructing stone can quietly damage that kidney over weeks. Tamsulosin plus high fluids is correct only for small stones in the lower ureter, so the size and level on your CT decide everything: under 5-6 mm can pass, larger usually needs a urologist procedure. Mixing Alkasol, Cleartone and Berberis together adds no benefit and you cannot judge clearance by how you feel.
Next Steps
Show the CT to a urologist this week and get serum creatinine and urine routine done; a repeat ultrasound in 2 weeks will tell whether the stone has moved or the kidney is swelling. Continue Tamsulosin as prescribed, 3 litres water daily, cut salt, red meat and oxalate-heavy foods, and stop the loose motions from Alkasol overdosing.
