Recurring Nosebleeds and Headaches
I’ve been experiencing nosebleeds, and I’m not able to understand what could be causing them. Sometimes, I get a headache first, and then my nose starts bleeding. The strange thing is that it doesn’t happen regularly—it can happen on any random day. Sometimes, I even get a nosebleed without having a headache.

Get blood.p., cbc, bleeding time, clotting time done and share results.
Apply any lubricant lightly with a clean finger inside the nose, 2 to 3 times daily.
Any time bleed starts, pinch nose tightly with thumb and forefinger, flex the face downwards for few moments with nose pinched. This will help in stopping nose bleed.

Recurrent nosebleeds at 29 are usually local - a dry, crusted or slightly deviated nasal septum with a fragile vessel in front, often worse with AC, dust or nose picking. The headache and bleed happening together is common; the headache is not causing the bleed. Still, I want your blood pressure, haemoglobin and platelet count checked once, because uncontrolled BP and low platelets can present exactly like this.
Next Steps
During a bleed, sit up, pinch the soft part of the nose for 10 full minutes and do not tilt your head back. Get BP, CBC with platelets and a coagulation profile, plus an ENT look at the septum. Bleeding that will not stop in 20 minutes needs emergency care. Share the reports with me on Practo and I will guide the treatment.

Can be due to nasal dryness or irritation, but with headaches needs evaluation a consultation with ENT can check your BP, nose and blood counts to identify the cause safely.

Your nosebleeds that come with or without a headache are usually a local issue in your nose, not something your headache is causing.
Next Steps
Please get your blood pressure and a basic clotting profile checked once, just to rule out anything systemic. If a bleed doesn't stop after ten minutes of pinching your nose, please get emergency care right away.
