Headache and nosebleed
Hey, I’ve had mild headaches for the past week (mainly behind the eyes) which last through the morning and day but go away with paracetomol. Just today I went to wipe my nose to find a little bit of blood on my sleeve, later tonight I was outside in the cold and blew my nose quite hard and got a nosebleed which didn’t last too long and stopped fairly quickly. Is this anything to go to a GP about or is it the aftermath of a cold flu virus which I had about 2/3 weeks ago?

It is due to some injuries to nasal capillaries due to colds
Put some cow ghee drops in both nostrils
