I am having headache from past 1 week .
The headache is very mild
Sometimes it is on the left ,then it moves behind then it goes to top .. in short it is not on one side
No other symptoms
The pain is not continuous.
It lasts for sometimes goes and then comes back.
What could be the reason.

You need adequate sleep
Take rest
Avoid beverages like tea coffee etc
Use your mobile less.
