Eleven days of fever with headache, neck and back pain is not a viral you can keep ignoring. In Delhi right now my first suspicions are dengue, typhoid and scrub typhus, and sometimes a UTI or early chest infection hiding behind body ache. Busy schedule ya nahi, this one needs blood tests today - fever this long can drop your platelets or damage the liver silently.
Next Steps
Get CBC, dengue NS1/IgM, malaria smear, Widal or typhidot, urine routine, LFT and CRP done today, and take only paracetamol till reports come - no self-started antibiotics. Book a Practo consult with me with the reports and I will start definitive treatment the same day.
Health Tips
Bleeding gums, black stools, breathlessness, drowsiness or severe vomiting means go to the nearest emergency without waiting.

You've had fever for eleven days now with headache and body aches, and that has gone on far too long for you to keep managing on your own.
Next Steps
Please get blood tests done today, including a CBC and tests for common causes like dengue and typhoid.
Health Tips
If you notice bleeding gums, dark stools, or severe drowsiness, please go to an emergency room without waiting.
