Cold urticaria
Hi doctor I am 42 year old..i have cold urticaria from from 2011..is this a sign of cancer ?. Whenever I visited doctor they just give antihistamine tablets..only cetrizine whenever I expose myself to cold air or rain...urticaria and itching will form all over the body.. couldn't stop itching for few min...unless my body comes to warm temperature And i have itching in between leg fingers.. Can you please suggest what are the blood test should be done Thanks

Avoidance of the cold ,non sedating antihistamine are the standard treatment.Do the CBC,and IgE.if abnormal, consult an allergist,you may benefit from desensitizing treatment like omalizumab . It's certainly not cancerous
