In the morning, when I wake up within 2 hours of I do not take any salty content then feel a mind headache. If I was able to take even a pinch of salt either in the form of herbal tea, or in sprouts or salad, I can stay active till 4 or 5 hours without breakfast after waking up. Even I can do fasting , even a single vrat. Because I feel weakness and less energy without if I do not take salt. I do not eat any grains that will work but in fasting I need to take salt. I can't do that even though I got sick the next morning so I avoided fasting. Is there any test needed or is it how my body manages sodium.

Needing a pinch of salt to feel normal in the morning is not just a habit - it points to a low-salt/low-volume state, and in a young woman I mainly think of low blood pressure with poor volume, dehydration overnight, or occasionally an adrenal (cortisol/aldosterone) issue. Your body is telling you it loses sodium easily. This deserves testing, not guessing.
Next Steps
Get BP recorded lying down and after standing 3 minutes, plus serum sodium, potassium, haemoglobin, thyroid and a morning cortisol. Till then drink water with a pinch of salt on waking and do not attempt full-day vrats. Book a consult with me on Practo with these reports and I will tell you if this is simple low BP or something hormonal.
