Headache as i wake up in morning
I am getting this strange headache from past 2-3 dayy as soon as i wakeup in the morning. these day it used to reduce gradually but today it has continued till this time i,e afternoon. I have pain in left side of my skull.

Take Rx 1. Tab Paracetamol 500 mg SOS. 2. Tab Pentoprazole DSR 40/10 mg OD If you are having migraine then will add few more medicine.
