You need vit d, zinc, proteins, for hair loss, more than vit e.
Please consult a physician physically first to exclude any underlying medical condition causing hair loss.

Evion 400 is safe with your IBS medicines - there is no interaction, so you can continue it. But vitamin E alone rarely stops hair fall; in someone with IBS and poor absorption the real culprits are usually low iron, ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and protein, plus the thyroid. Anxiety and weight fluctuation also push hair into a shedding phase. Correct the deficiency and the hair fall settles in 2-3 months.
Next Steps
Get CBC, serum ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D and TSH done - that will tell us exactly what to replace instead of guessing with supplements. Keep Evion, add a good protein intake and treat the IBS properly, since ongoing loose motions block absorption. Share these reports with me on a Practo consult and I will give you a targeted correction plan.
Hi , evion itself won't stop the hair fall..it will support,IBS is a gut related issue, and it needs to be assessed futher, feel free to connect with me in online consultation.
