Hello Doctor, I recently got my Thyroid Profile tested and received the following results: TSH: 13.55 µIU/mL (High; Reference: 0.35 – 4.94) Total T4: 4.31 µg/dL (Low; Reference: 4.87 – 11.72) Total T3: 0.80 ng/mL (Normal; Reference: 0.35 – 1.93) Patient Details: Age: 28 Years Gender: Female Weight: 67 kg Height: 5'4" Could you please evaluate these values and advise: What starting dosage of thyroid medication (Levothyroxine) is recommended for my profile? Do I need to get Free T3, Free T4, or Anti-TPO antibody tests done before starting treatment? I have attached my lab report for your review. Thank you!"
