Hello Doctors, C/O -> Altered bowl habit and reduction in quantity of Stool . Abdominal pain was present few months back but now no pain and I am following the restricted diet like no oily, fast food or beverage. Medications : 1.Rixmin 550  for 10 days                                  2. Colospa X for 2 months                                  3. Normaxin for 2 months ( Now no medicine ) Reports -> CBC : Everything normal CRP : 1.23 ( normal range <5 ) Fecal Calprotection: < 5  ( Normal range <50 ) Colonoscopy : Ceacum: few erosions are noted without any active oozing with normal vascular pattern of mucosa. How serious is this situation??

Colonoscopy and blood and stool tests normal .colonoscopy shows few caecal erosions.nothing significant Antibiotics will heal it
