I never tried stool softener but I heard it is good to take that can you please suggest a stool softener which i can take daily in order to make my stool better and soft mushy kind. Hello , My Ferritin level is 24 Vit b12 is 270 Rest cbc and iron studies are attached in picture below Kindly analyse and please tell if i have iron deficiency. Can i take feromore xt supplement? It has iron bisglyvinate, folic,methylcobalamin and zinc. This iron salt is gentle on stomach..can i take it? I have tried ferrous ascorbate,it gave me stools and bad gi issues.

Over the past 3 months I had panic attacks with dizziness, chest pain, fear of death. Consulted ENT, Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, then Gastroenterologist. Endoscopy showed GERD, LPR, H. pylori. Quit smoking/drinking 3 months ago.  Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits. need guidance on which dr to visit further need more help

Can I take Azitromicin , Estilopram, Colonazporam and Allgera M in night after dinner, will that cause any issues or heart problem ?
