My vitamin D is 2.97. I feel low and tired most of the time in my day and suffer from sever mood swings like anger, frustration, overthinking, depressing thoughts, and all sorts of negativity. It has gone overboard. Please suggest something to overcome this

I want to know that Bitadin is good for wound wash or bad for wound wash. Bitadin promote skin regeneration or slow .

I am a 27-year-old male with rapid weight gain despite a low-carbohydrate diet (about 5 chapatis/day and one bowl of sabzi). I am a non-smoker and non-alcoholic. My reports show markedly elevated liver enzymes (ALT 263, AST 110, GGT 142), suggesting possible liver damage or fatty liver. I also have high uric acid (8.5 mg/dL) with knee pain and gout symptoms, severe vitamin D deficiency (4.4 ng/mL), and low-normal vitamin B12 (240 pg/mL). Lipids and hs-CRP are elevated. I get significant cough on smoky days.

I have done CBC TEST  it mentioned that predominantly normocytic normochromic RBC. I have feeling week.

I have pain in my throat which also pains my left side of ear and pain while swallowing. Are these medications good to take ? I do not have oral betadine to gaggle what is next alternate? Dr prescribed me, MONTAIR LC STRIP OF 15 TABLETS ZINCOVIT STRIP OF AUGMENTIN DUO PANTOP 40MG BETADINE 2% MINT DOLO 650MG STRIP Can instead of these I can take the medicines below ? Bilambic-M Cyra-D Zerodol-P Dolo Augmented-625 Rifagut-400

I want to know one thing I feel some uneasiness my pulse rate was 70 bpm than as soon as I lay it drop to 50 bpm one time feel butterflies sensation  and feel a pause in pulse rate when check in hand also than I stand it cause to 60 bpm i am feeling panic thinking may it slow afib because I know that this also one problem people suffer i don't whether it's slow afib or what and done holter also one week ago which is normal and I take concor 1.25 for increase in pulse rate, after panicking pulse rate increase to 140 bpm , does slow afib start with dropping in pulse rate

Symptoms: High heart rate started before 3months High pressure Tinnitus constant started 3weeks ago Tests done: Thyroid USG Scan abdomen CBK ECG 2D Eco So the story is: My father and mother both had huge medical issues (heart attack and knee fracture) 15 days apart. After that I have started to feel high heart rate constantly. I went to 2 doctors and even took opinion from practo doctor recently. The first two doctors are giving me beta blockers and clonafit 0.25. This didn't work. It was all good when I am taking medicines but when I take a day off the medicines it starts again. I went to cardiologist and he also said heart is normal. Then 2-3 weeks ago my ears started ringing and I went to ENT as well. He gave me cognitive tab and deflorazacort. But the ringing is still there. Doctors have treated me as anxiety patient but is it just anxiety? Can there be any other issue?

I have tried almost all type of creams buy nothing worked. So I Just wanted to opt for laser treatment. Suggest me which laser workds better
