Unexplained symptoms and overall fear
For last 4-5 months I've been experiencing weird symptoms which primarily include pulse increase.. head spinning.. feeling intense fear like something bad like sca is going to happen.. heavy breathing..slight chest heaviness or pain (never intense level) feeling like about to faint...No specific set  sometimes some symptoms sometimes other... sometimes intensity is very strong like pulse in 140s especially after stimulant like coffee etc sometimes mild... more chances when in mountains or intense heat... sometimes without any reason BP: Always normal 110-120/70-80 ECG: Tested thrice all times normal Blood sugar/Hba1C: Always normalTroponin/Lipo A/B 12/Apo A & Apo B (Heartrisk markers):all normal..Rest kidney..liver (only alanine transaminase sgpt 68)etc thyroid, ESR, B12, normal Report abnormalities Lipid: High TG (231)...high LDL(102)..low HDL(31)Haemoglobin: consistently around 12 withmicrocytic cellsHS CRP (3.36) & Homocysteine (15.2) Why is it's happening is it a psychological
