Uric acid 7.61 is only mildly high and by itself does not cause burning or hot legs. Your picture, with burning after walking, calf stiffness after long sitting and knee and feet weakness, points more towards vitamin D and B12 deficiency with possible early nerve irritation, sometimes an early insulin resistance pattern given your weight. Gout is unlikely unless one joint suddenly becomes red, hot and swollen. Get vitamin D, B12, fasting sugar and HbA1c, creatinine and thyroid checked, cut down alcohol, red meat, organ meat, beer and sugary drinks, and drink 3 litres of water daily.
Next Steps
Get vitamin D3, B12, fasting sugar, HbA1c, creatinine and TSH done. Start calf and hamstring stretches plus 30 minutes of walking daily, and correct D and B12 if low rather than chasing the uric acid number. No urate lowering drug is needed at 7.61 without a gout attack. Share the reports on an online consult with me and I will give you a proper plan.
